The Malvinokaffrick Realm was the community from a paleoenvironment slightly different ecosystem that we have today. Established during the Devonian period, this unique fauna has been found around different land masses around the world. First of all, it must be understood that the major continents that compound the Gondwana (Africa, South America, Australia, India, and Antarctica) were in latitudes above 60º South and this reflected on the dominance of polar paleoclimatic conditions in these localities. Designating the Malvinokaffrick occurrences by the brachiopods, it can be point out the communities of _Lingula_, _Eocoelia_, _Australospirifer_, and Notiochonetes, which are being reported in different parts of the globe. Samples of this communities have been founding in Antarctica, South Africa, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil (especially in the Paraná Basin), Peru, and the Falklands. During the Middle Devonian the sea level rose, resulting in a mixture of fauna in the South American sedimentary basins. Many authors suggest that this fauna mixing occurred in the Paraná Basin, defining this basin as an ecotone. However, occurrences of Malvinokaffrick brachiopods have been reported in different localities in Brazil, what could modify the configuration of this fauna during the Devonian. In Pará State, in the Amazon Basin, specimens of _Lingula_ and _Orbiculoidea_ had been reported close to the Belo Monte Power Plant. Since the Brazil Imperial, studies and expeditions have been reporting occurrences of typical Malvinokaffrick fossils in the Amazon Basin, for exemple "_Iridistrophia_", _Derbyina_, and _Mucrospirifer_. In Piauí State, Parnaíba Basin, many species have been showing along the years: around Oitis as _Lingula_, _Derbyina_, and _Mucrospirifer_; in Pimenteiras Formation outcrops, the occurrence of _Lingula_ and _Orbiculoidea_ is common; finally, around Picos and Joao Costa cities, where _Australocoelia_ is commonly reported. On the other flank of the Parnaíba Basin, in the Tocantins State, fossils of _Australocoelia_, _Lingula_, _Orbiculoidea_, and _Mucrospirifer_ are frequently found in the Devonian outcrops. It can be inferred that during the Middle Devonian, the Malvinokaffrick Realm lost its provincial characteristic, exclusive to cold polar seas, and expands itself to another climatic conditions, reaching areas with completely different settings. Finally, the Paraná Basin does not work as an econe during the Middle Devonian. The ecotone Basins need to be defined as the Parnaíba basin and the Amazon basin, justified by the occurrence of many Malvinokaffrick brachiopods around tropical/equatorial climatic conditions.
