Resumo

The last years of a series of 2-Amino-4H-Chromene compounds have been studied by new research in pharmacological activities as antituberculosis[1] activity and antimicrobial[2]. In view of the importance of 2-Amino-4H-Chromene, the utility artificial enzyme of ionic liquid (IL) is investigated for the one-pot synthesis. A mixture of aromatic aldehyde 1, malononitrile 2 and 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione 3 was stirred in 1 mL ethanol and 100 mg of artificial synthetic enzyme. In this context, the exposed IL the Scheme 1, the artificial synthetic enzyme (IL) was synthesized as reported in the literature[3] was used as promoter of the catalytic reaction, having yield 59%. The product 4 under study was characterized by IR, MS and 1H,13C NMR and submitted to was evaluated for bactericidal potentials by the microdilution method using a 96-well Elisa plate applying Pseudomonas aerugionosa (ATCC 27853) getting MIC and 500 µL/mL and BMC > 2000 µL/mL.
