Abstract

Breast cancer is the kind of cancer that most affect women in the widely world, which usely treatment is based on tamoxifen. Searchs show that ruthenium(II)-nitrosyl complexes present anticancer action. The Coordination Chemistry allows this three factors to be combined in a one coordination compound, improving its actions. This study sought the synthesis and have been characterized a ruthenium(II)-nitrosyl complex bearing a tamoxifen ligan for future studies against both cancerous and health breast cells.
