Abstract

This work consists of the design of a new chelator aiming at applications in nuclear medicine. A new multivalent bifunctional chelator and its gallium(III) complex were successfully prepared and characterized. The gallium-67 labeling studies have shown an efficiency of 96%, showing that the new chelator has potential application in the development of a new radiopharmaceutical.
