Our chemical investigations have yielded novel marine natural products that act on a range of cancer relevant targets. An integrative platform of targeted screening coupled with pharmacological, genomic and proteomic profiling is used to understand their activities on the cellular and molecular level. Total synthesis and structure-activity relationship studies allowed us to solve the supply problem and improve selectivity profiles.
