Clusia burle-marxii as an important source of polyprenylated benzophenone derivatives: isolation, characterization and molecular docking studies

Resumo

The objective of this work was to isolate polyprenylated benzophenone derivatives from Clusia burle-marxii. Three new polyprenylated benzophenone derivatives were isolated and named as burlemarxiones G (1), H (2), and I (3), along with twelve known polyprenylated benzophenone derivatives. These compounds were tested “in silico” and “in vitro” for their anti-bacterial activity.
