Abstract

Aetiology of expressions as “left me on seen” is the social-cultural product of the human behavior in the context of pandemic, since the social behavior changed dramatically and with it, the WhatsApp dependency as an instant application. Emotional reactions have developed certain linguistic patterns around the visualization of messaging and how the expression «they left me on seen». The study seeks to characterize the resilience in teacher-student interaction through WhatsApp, in the context of covid-19. This is the study with a qualitative focus, with emphasis on the narrative around WhatsApp as a resource/means and resilience as a category directly associated with psychology, whose epistemic approach is very relative. It has used 57 authors who present a conceptual variety around resilience as a category of immediate use against the aforementioned expression. As a result, it can be noted that the conceptual framework around resilience -as a category- is very relative, since it has a polyfunctional and polysemic concept, whose roots are based on physics as a science, characterizing and describing the behavior of materials and their resistance to other processes or changes. It is concluded that resilience is the category that requires, in a certain way, the etiology to affirm the characteristics of human resistance and how this provides possibilities of solution when interacting with WhatsApp.
