Resumo

Pyrolysis can be used in the industrial Kraft lignin thermochemical conversion, aiming at its transformation into high added value products. In this work, micropyrolysis tests of industrial Kraft lignin were carried out. The compounds formed in the micropyrolysis tests were identified. Among the products, the biophenols stand out, obtaining an increase of 78% total area of chromatogram of this product as the temperature increased from 450 °C to 650 °C.
