Proceedings of the 2nd Brazilian Week of Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Dear Congressmen,

Due to the current scenario and the restrictions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and following the protocols and guidelines defined by the governmental spheres, the GEDIIB Board, the Executive Secretariat and the President of the Commission decided to keep the 2nd. Brazilian Week of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (SEBRADII) in 100% virtual format.l.

Our commitment is, above all, to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone involved in an event of this size; attendees, speakers, organization and support staff.

With a constant focus on scientific updating, the 2nd SEBRADII is already the largest event of Inflammatory Bowel Disease in Latin America and will bring several news along with the main themes of the original program, with live and recorded activities, in order to facilitate access to all the content of this new schedule..

This year, SEBRADII will have 5 days of activities and will broadcast live the Sender Miszputen Award final and also the traditional Pre-Congress courses.

We hope and hope that the impacts of this pandemic are as small as possible for our members, their families and our population, and that our country can overcome this difficult time.
