Aplicação da lógica fuzzy e análise multicritério para o zoneamento de Pinus no estado do Espírito Santo

This study aimed to evaluate and select areas in the state of Espírito Santo with climate and soil aptitude for species Pinus elliottii var. elliottii using fuzzy logic, multicriteria analysis and geographic information systems (GIS). To elaborate the zoning species used the multicriteria analysis through the intercession of the criteria, with average climatic factors as elements of air temperature, precipitation, evapotranspiration and water deficit whose data were from 110 meteorological stations and restrictions as major watercourses, the road system and areas with greater than 45, where 0 was applied weight to the restrictive criteria and the weights determined by the analytic hierarchy process for the slope factors. Observed areas with good climate and soil aptitude in the south in places with altitudes above 500 meters where temperatures and water deficiency are minor and include the main producing municipalities of this species (Venda Nova do Imigrante, Afonso Cláudio, Domingos Martins and Conceição do Castelo). However, other regions of the state had low aptitude due to high temperatures and especially water deficits. Through the use of geographic information that assists decision making in the survey areas for the deployment of culture pine by analyzing spatial information system tool, the results show that the state has a restricted region with the potential to increase the crop production to meet market needs.
