This study develops and applies a \textit{FITradeoff}-based decision framework for strategic decision-making in cassava-based fish feed extrusion. The process involves multiple conflicting criteria, including functional properties (water absorption, swelling power), physical stability (solubility index, dispersibility), and visual quality ($L^*$, $a^*$, $b^*$, $\Delta E$, and browning index), which are not fully addressed by conventional optimization methods. A multicriteria model was constructed using the \textit{FITradeoff} method, integrating experimental data with Decision-Maker (DM) preferences under partial information. The approach employs an additive value model and interactive pairwise comparisons, enabling efficient preference elicitation without requiring precise weight specification. Nonlinear value functions on a standardized ($1$--$5$) scale were incorporated to reflect realistic process behavior. A case study demonstrates the framework's ability to rank extrusion alternatives and support robust, transparent decisions. The results highlight \textit{FITradeoff}'s effectiveness in enhancing decision consistency and optimizing cassava-based aquafeed production systems.
