    Compliments!

Publication: Toxic Behavior in League of Legends

Thank you, Ivelise, for the presentation. I am glad you could come. I've read a little bit about hate groups and media tactics recently, and it looks like gaming correlates strongly with misogeny and the far right. This is a chiken and egg thing, I guess, but there is this persistent issue of whether games attract or generate this kind of behavior. It's a pitty I couldn't find your paper in the system, but I am sure your research is helpful in that sense too. Thank you again!

    Toxic behaviour and gender issues

Publication: Toxic Behavior in League of Legends

Hi Ivelise,  Thank you for your presentation.  My research group at UNICAMP is very concerned with the toxic language discourse in online game platforms, mostly the great deal of misogyny that seems to be part of this online environment.  Is such a topic of your interest? I guess it would be nice to joining language and psychology oriented research on this topic.
