Very interesting project. I am particularly interested in building this intergenerational relationship and it seems to me that the seniors involved in your project were software developers, or at least they had good digital skills, is that the case? what were the skills level of the participants when they started?

Dear Dulce, thank you for the amazing paper. I would like to know if participants reported any experience of learning together with their own grandchildren. In my ethnography, older people complained their children don't have the patience to help them and their grandchildren just solve the problem, but can't explain to them how to do it. That was why they are more likely to search for professional support attending courses aimed at the third age in this neighbourhood in Sao Paulo.
