Abstract

In this work, we investigated phragmalin-type limonoids in extracts from the leaves of Swietenia macrophylla King, at three stages of maturation, using high-resolution liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry data to build molecular networks on the GNPS platform. For instance, we highlighting the presence of 12-acetoxyswietephragmin C (1) and four limonoids with 20,21,22,23-diepoxyfuran ring (2-5), which is uncommon among Meliaceae species.
