Abstract

This study presents the immobilization of lipolytic extracts from the endophytic fungus Stemphylium lycopersici in MCM-48 type zeolite, utilizing ionic liquids as structure drivers. The immobilized extracts catalyzed the transesterification of vinyl esters and solketal into monoacylglycerol. Three different vinyl esters were employed - stearate, laurate, and decanoate - with conversion rates of 52%, 70%, and 75%, respectively, after 96 h.
