Abstract

The objective of this work to study and carry out caffeine extractions from commercial coffee powder using Deep Eutectic Solvents (DES) as an environmentally correct extracting medium, using Chemometrics as optimization. The use of factorial planning indicated the following as the most importante variables of the removal process: quantity of DES, volume of H2O and temperature.
