Poster presentation from abstracts
Poster sessions will be held in the Rio Negro Ballroom from 13:30-15h on Monday and Tuesday, and from 13-14h on Wednesday. Lunch boxes will be served in this room to all registered attendees during the poster sessions. Posters will be displayed during the three days in the poster area (90cm width x 120cm height).
Plenary invited talk
Presentation of 25 minutes and 5 minutes for questions from the audience.
Oral presentation from the abstracts
Presentation of 10 minutes (10 slides are suggested), and 5 minutes for questions from the audience.
Turbo talk presentation from the abstracts
Presentation of 4 minutes highlighting major findings (4 slides are suggested), followed by one minute for one question from the audience.
Presentations (Power Point, Keynote or PDF, 16x9 or 4x3 display) must be provided to the Slide Desk before the beginning of the session. Avoid last minute deliveries.
Time will be strictly controlled by the organizing committee and chairpersons. Please time your presentation accordingly and do not exceed the suggested number of slides.
