The "1st International Congress on Bioactive Compounds and 2nd International Workshop on Bioactive Compounds: Food Design and Health Nutrition" is promoted by the Faculty of Food Engineering of the State University of Campinas - FEA / UNICAMP. Main objective of the congress and workshop is to foster the dissemination of research and technological and innovative studies on food science, nutrition and health concerning scientific and industrial fields, in order to reflect quality of life to the society. The event opens space for exposition of the newest trends in the market, launching of products and scientific works presented in the forms "Oral" and "Poster" on topics more relevant of the current scenario, with the participation of academics, researchers and experts of the sector as well as selected conferences presented by renowned professionals and national and international researchers.
