Academic writing for publication: Building an academic writing resource laboratory

Maintaining good academic writing skills is not a struggle unique to students; university professors also must write in English for publications and institutional advancement. This project addresses faculty needs through an academic writing resource laboratory with drop-in and virtual hours. The presentation focuses on organizing writing laboratories with participants who unfamiliar with the format of writing centers. We will discuss supporting academic writing in a variety of academic settings.
