Submission Guidelines

- Announcement of Abstract Results: from July 20, 2026
📖INSTRUCTIONS:
All abstracts must be submitted via the online system following the sequential rules described below:
1- Contributions will be accepted according to fill in the fields directly on the website, in English and updating a template file (.pdf) provided by the organization.
2- All fields marked with * are mandatory
3- Each registration will allow the submission of 01 abstract. For submission, it's not necessary to pay the registration now; only account creation in the system is necessary.
4- Each abstract may have up to 10 (ten) authors.
5- The evaluation of abstracts will be carried out by the Scientific Committee, taking into account: (i) the relationship of the abstract with the theme of the Event or Technical-Scientific Session; (ii) the presentation of some technical-scientific contribution; and (iii) that do not contain conceptual errors.
6- Any error, whether in typing, spelling, etc., will be the sole responsibility of the author(s).
7- Authors can indicate their preference for a poster or oral presentation. However, the event's Scientific Committee will be responsible for the final award of the modality.
8- When submitting the abstract, it is necessary to indicate the most appropriate Thematic Session for the work. The Scientific Committee may change and adjust the session if necessary. Approved abstracts will be published in the online proceedings.
9- The presenting author must be officially registered for the event by August 13, 2026. If the author's registration is not up-to-date (paid), the work will be automatically disqualified.
10- A certificate will be provided for each abstract submitted by the registered author, listing the names of all authors.
11- SUBMISSION PERMISSION By submitting an abstract, all listed authors agree to this submission. We do not encourage abstracts with co-authors who are unaware of the co-authorship or who do not agree with the content of the abstract or the submission process itself.
12- COPYRIGHT The submission of the abstract(s) implies that the authors grant non-exclusive copyright to the XIX CBGq in all media used, and the information shared may be recorded in the conference database.
✍🏻Ideal formatting for your submission
- The abstract should be headed by a title, name(s) and complete address(es) of the author(s).
- Please underline the name of the author who will present the abstract.
The Thematic Areas of the meeting are:

- TL03 - Biological and Medicinal Inorganic Chemistry;
- TL04 - Rare Earth Chemistry and Applications;
- TL05 - Theoretical and Computational Inorganic Chemistry;
- TL06 - Organometallic Chemistry;
- TL07 - Catalysis, Energy & Environment
- TL08 - Electrochemistry & Electroactive Materials
- Please select only one thematic area for categorization of your abstract.
- The abstract can contain one Figure, Scheme or Table, Acknowledgements and References, but the length of the abstract should not exceed one A4 page (21 x 29.7 cm) with page margins of 2.5 cm.
- Use Calibri type font, with single spaced lines.
- The title of the abstract (14 points, centered) should span in maximum two rows, followed by one blank line before the description of the author(s). Author’s names are written (12 points, centered) with first name and last family name written in full.
- Authors are separated by commas and marked with superscript, when necessary, to distinguish authors from different affiliations.
- Author’s affiliations (11 points, italic, centered) are written in separate rows when there are more than one. Table and Figure must be prepared in order to occupy the minimum of memory possible without affecting the quality of the data.
- The caption of the Figure must be typed with Calibri 10 pt right below the Figure. The title of the Table must be typed using Calibri font 10 pt above the Table.
- Abstract text (11 points) should be justified; paragraphs are not indented.
- For submission, the file containing the abstract should be sent electronically only in PDF format, ‘.pdf’. The filename should be firstauthorfullname. For example: mariecurie.pdf.
