Scrum is an Agile Development Methodology that is characterized by the continuous delivery of work, rapid adaptation to changes and customer satisfaction. In Scrum, the software development project is divided into short time blocks called Sprint. Each Sprint has associated a set of specific tasks that must be solved in the compromised time and assigned to developers with different capacities for its execution.
How should the development team assign the tasks to the Development Resources in order to optimize the development time and cost, in projects that use the SCRUM Methodology?
The objective of this paper is to propose to optimize the cost, progress and time of a Systems Project, based on the SCRUM Methodology, improving the assignment of tasks to human resources in the development stage. To achieve this a mathematical model is proposed, through a computational optimization tool, which facilitates the assignment of resources in such a way to optimize in time and cost.
