Arboviral diseases such as dengue, Zika, and chikungunya are major global public health concerns and are primarily transmitted by female Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. This study aimed to synthesize novel indazole derivatives with potential larvicidal activity against A. aegypti, characterize A. aegypti phosphoglycerate kinase (AaPGK), and evaluate the biological activity of the synthesized compounds. To achieve these objectives, a three-dimensional model of AaPGK was constructed, and molecular docking was performed to predict its structural features and ligand-binding interactions. A-674563 analogs were synthesized through indazole core formation, borylation, Suzuki coupling, and final product assembly, with yields ranging from 70% to 95%. The resulting compounds will be evaluated for their biological activity.
