Abstract

This work reports the synthesis, characterization, and biological evaluation of pentacyanoferrate(II) complexes as potential soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) stimulators. The complexes were characterized by spectroscopic and electrochemical techniques and evaluated for cytotoxicity, vasodilatory activity, mechanistic studies, and molecular docking.
