Abstract

ZnGa2O4:Mn2+ was used to investigate the formation of an inverse spinel, via a series of synthesis and characterization of the material with increasing doping of Mn2+, through a 24-hour biphasic hydrothermal route using Ga, Zn and Mn nitrates, which assists nanometric particles formation.
