The objective of this study was to investigate the volatile chemical composition, the nutritional aspects and the antimicrobial potential of honeys produced by unstudied stingless bee species from the Amazon. Mono- and sequiterpenes and alcohols were identified as main components. Antimicrobial activities against Enterococcus faecalis and Bacillus subtilis was observed and the nutritional analysis revealed that these honeys are valuable nutritional resources
