Abstract

This study determined the metabolic profile of Passiflora L. natives in Brazil, and correlate their chemical composition. Among the species of genus Passiflora, the P. incarnata is the most used for therapeutic purposes, that is not native to Brazil. Exsiccates were analyzed using mass spectrometry and molecular networks. The PCoA graphs showed these species P. amethystina, P. costata, P. vespertilio, P. villosa and P. watsoniana, have high metabolic similarity with P. incarnata.
