Our study aims to objectively evaluate the biological and chemical changes that occur during the pathogen-host interaction in the HLB disease. Through our multi-omic analysis (target metabolomics, proteomics, and transcriptomics), we observed alteration of a class of metabolites not commonly found in the plant phloem indicating a possible modulation of the host’s metabolism by the pathogen.
