Abstract

The generation of a molecular networking based on MS/MS spectra from the alkaloid extract obtained from Dugetia lanceolata indicated the presence of 22 annotated compounds. Among them, glaucine stands out as the major compound, and then the targeted isolation and evaluation of the antimicrobial activity of this compound is carried out.
