Abstract

This project carried out the determination of the kinetics of transesterification reactions of the flavonoid myricitrin with propionate, pivalate, and vinyl benzoate, aiming to obtain products with increased stability and higher hydrophobicity, using immobilized lipase B, whose main advantage lies in its regioselectivity. The perspective of this project is to isolate these products and assess their anticoagulant activities.
