Abstract

This work describes the phytochemical study of organic extracts of the roots from Schinus terebinthifolius, with the purpose of identifying the major constituents. Three triterpenoids were isolated from hexanic extract (3-beta-hydroxy and -alfa-hydroxy-amirins and 3-alpha-hydroxi-ursolic acid)
