Abstract

The molecular network based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry constructed from the alkaloid-enriched fractions obtained with different solvents showed that the chemical profiles were similar. Among the groups tested, there was no significant difference in anticholinesterase potential, except for the FE-HEP fraction. Further analysis is needed, but the annotation of the compounds can help to understand the biological response and rationalize future analysis.
