Abstract

A untargeted metabolomics approach was employed to study the variations in the specialized metabolites content of 9 Ocotea spp from different locations. Analysis of LC-DIA-HRMS data indicated that biogeography impacts the metabolic pathways of these plants, representing potential mechanisms of adaptation to different environments.
