Abstract

In this study, the aim was obtaining a Combretum leprosum leaves extract with the maximum possible yield and richest in especial metabolites as well as evaluating its antibacterial activity. To evaluate the optimization of the extraction process, a UHPLC-DAD method was developed. Also, the total phenolic content was determined.
