Abstract

The research focuses on exploring plant-derived compounds as a valuable source of therapeutic agents. An advanced bioactivity profiling methodology has been developed, which employs a combination of fluorimetry assays, reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography, and mass spectrometry. This approach enables the simultaneous analysis of natural products within plants, leading to the identification of promising Cathepsin inhibitors, especially coumarins.
