Abstract

-An UPLC-DAD method to quantify total flavonoids has been validated.
-The method UPLC-DAD was applied to quantify total flavonoids and major compound
-The chromatographic profile was determined by UPLC-DAD and HPTLC, and the compounds were identified by UHPLC-MS-QTOF in the aqueous extract of flowers.
