The aim of this work was to cultivate the fungal strain Biatriospora sp. CBMAI 1333 under different
cultivation conditions in order to improve the diversity of phomactins. Extracts from different culture
media were analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS and the results were evaluated using GNPS molecular
networks and XCMS Online. The minimal medium was selected for large scale growth, which led
to the isolation of two potentially novel compounds.
