Abstract

The present study investigated the interaction between P. italicum and C. sinensis through HPLC-MS/MS and IMS, which were analyzed by untarget metabolomic analysis tools, aiming to list biomarkers. Some metabolites have already had activities reported in the mechanism of citrus against phytopathogens, and others, such as Brevianamide F, have already been reported in species of the genus Penicillium, but there are no studies reporting activities of this metabolite to fungal infection of citrus.
