Abstract

In vitro metabolism experiments for fiscalin B and its chloro derivative are herein reported. The metabolites were also predicted in silico and their structures were elucidated by LC-HRMS/MS experiments. Three metabolites were reported for fiscalin B and two for the chloro derivative.
