The aimed to identify lipopeptides families produced by Bacillus velezensis that cause morphological alterations in Fusarium spp. The identification studies of lipopeptides contained in the crude extract and fractions by HPLC-ESI-MS/MS allowed detect m/z ions corresponding to surfactin, iturin, and fengycin lipopeptides. Besides inhibiting the fungal growth of F. solani and F. oxysporum at concentrations ranging from 16 to 512 µg/ml, the crude extract led to a morphological alterations.
