Abstract

This work aims to investigate the protein expression in citrus inoculated with CLas bacteria through proteomic studies based on LC-MS with statistical analysis and the protein-protein interaction networks construction. Among the metabolic pathway affected by HLB disease are the carbon metabolism and fixation pathway, and the glycolysis/gluconeogenesis pathway. Some of the proteins detected are also related to carbohydrate metabolism, indicating that HLB disease affects this metabolism.
