Abstract

Using a platform consisting of a two-dimensional liquid chromatography (2D-LC) system and an immobilized capillary enzyme reactor (ICER), we assessed the inhibition of Acetylcholinesterase with standard inhibitors as well as natural products extracts, facilitating natural product analysis by eliminating the need for the purification and fractionation of the extracts before the bioassay
