Abstract

Reuse of inappropriately decayed residual biomass from coffee.
the objective of the research was to produce a concentrated crude extract of chlorogenic acids from different extraction methods with different hydroalcoholic solutions. Comparison between extraction methods and yields against different organic solvents. The selectivity of extraction of the methods by ultrasound and microwave, verified by HPLC-MS, were better than maceration, although it had better yields.
