Nice job. Indeed we need to keep working with qNMR to show that this techinic really is a primary method for quantification. About your data, what do you attribute the sistematic variation of the integrals? As you might see, the integral's values you obtained are not randomic but presents tendencies.

Through this type of NMR analysis, would it be possible to acquire spectra in the quantitative mode (respecting 7T1, for instance)?

Dear Gerlon, congratulations on the great study. I have some questions:
- Around 5 min, are these plots the scores (left) and loadings from PCA, or a correlation between the chemical shifts 5.50 and 2.85 ppm?
- In this evaluation, did you use the area only of these signals describe in the plot or the whole spectrum?
- Instead of placing the chemical shifts on the score axes, wouldn't it be better to put the accumulated variance on each axis?
